I made the gumbo with shrimp, bass fillets, and Andouille sausage. It was incredible! I just bought two more jars of the gumbo mix and two jars the corn and shrimp soup (can’t wait to try it). I usually love the long timed cooking of gumbos and stews because of the great flavor in food cooked slowly, but this takes all of the fun out of it! Really good stuff!!!

Cooked the gumbo using chicken and sausage for my co-workers today. I was really nervous about cooking for 22 construction men, I had to make a double batch. They RAVED about the gumbo and I was never more proud! My boss looked up from the table and gave me an approval nod as everyone was eating it up. Thank you!! There’s absolutely NONE left!
I purchased several of your products this past week at Breaux’s Mart in Lafayette, LA. I try to purchase locally made Louisiana products as much as possible so I decided to give yours a try. The shrimp & corn soup mix was the best ever. You have a new customer!
I tried the shrimp and corn soup last night and I have to say it’s the best I have ever had. I can’t wait to try all the other products that they have. I have told all my co-workers about how good the soup was and that they need to try it for themselves.
Your dirty rice mix puts all other products to shame!!! I was in the Breaux Mart store on Magazine Street, and saw your product. It looked so good in the jar, I had to buy it. I cooked it that night, following your few & very simple directions…..it turned out awesome. It was so good that I instantly decided that I would make it for my daughter’s birthday party. I got 3 jars, which filled 2 lasagna pans. Everyone loved it, many people went back for 3rd & 4th helpings. They thought that I had made it from scratch, but I couldn’t help but to brag on your product and to tell them where to get it. Love your product & as long as it is around, it will be in my kitchen!! Look forward to trying your other products!
